Travel Cancellation and Change Policy
|
You can
cancel your reservation at any time with the following charges.
If you
would like to cancel your reservation, please contact your travel advisor.
Cancellation
charges are all calculated from the date of departure from Japan.
Refunds
are processed and refunded by bank transfer only. In most cases, there is a transfer
handling fee. Also, refunds are only processed to bank accounts in Japan.

---If departure date is changed to 60 or more days later than the current reservation,
cancellation charges will be applied.

During the
peak season, these charges may be applicable to dates other than what is stated
above.
These charges will be applied to only economy class air tickets. Charges are
not the same for package tours, train passes, accomodation or air fares of business/first
class.
When customers demand to NO1 TRAVEL the early issuance of airline tickets for purpose of visa acquisition or for other reasons,
NO1 TRAVEL may issue tickers before 14days prior to departure;100% cancellation charge will be applied after the issuance of the ticket.
Charges may vary depending on the airline and the type of ticket.
Bank transfer is our primary means
for refunds. If you do not have an account in Japan, please consult your travel
agent.
