FAQs

Q. What
do you mean by "Discount Air Ticket"?
The type of ticket that we advertise on our web site
is limited to "Discount Air Tickets". By "Discount Air Tickets", we are referring
to airfares that are specially priced for us by the
airlines we deal with. Airlines generally restrict the number of
seats that may be sold at a discounted fare. Also, most discounted fares carry
certain travel restrictions such as a minimum/maximum stay requirement, advance
purchase, blackout dates, etc. However, cancellation regulations
are less strict compared to other type of fares such as APEX
fares. The airfare informaion should outline these restrictions.

Q.How do I get my tickets?
All tickets are to be
picked up at the airport on your departure date. After you make
a full payment for the trip, a travel voucher ,which specifies place and time
of meeting will be delivered to you by mail or e-mail. Once you receive the voucher,
please check the details to make sure it matches your itinerary and your name is written as it is on your passport.
You will then take the voucher and your passport to the airport and exchange
it for your ticket. This way, there will be no lost or forgotten tickets.

Q. Can I request
a specific seat?
No. Airlines
generally allot restricted number of seats to us randomly, and therefore we cannot
assign specific seats to meet your request. With United Airlines, however, it is
possible to make seat request. Please note that this request is not a 100% guarantee.
No1 Travel only mediates between our customers and the airlines,
and therefore, cannot be liable for matters
concerning seat assignments. We advise you to double-check your seat assignment
at the airport check-in counter.

Q. Which airline am I flying with?
With some of our special discount deals, airline is
"UNSPECIFIED". This is due to the conditions of the contracts we make with airlines,
stating that we will not reveal the name of the airline until after booking. (This helps
us to get great prices for you!). Once you have booked a flight, and made a deposit, you
will receive full details of the airline you are flying with.

Q. What payments
do you take?
We only take payments
in cash or by bank transfer.

Q. Can I get
upgrades with the ticket I purchase on this site?
No. Airlines
generally do not apply upgrade services to "discout
air tickets". Some carriers allow upgrades for their frequent flyers, however,
it is restricted to a specific type of ticket such as APEX
. For further information on upgrade services, please contact your airline of choice.

Q. Can I leave
the return flight on standby?
No. In
general, all of your itinerary must be confirmed and fixed before departure from
Japan. If part of your itinerary is on a waiting list, we cannot issue you a ticket.
In such a case, we will try to look for alternative flight plan or may ask you
to change your flight itinerary.
