Allow us to explain the conditions and steps for our internet reservation.
After reading the guidelines below, contact us at our branches for a reservation.
If your desired departure date is in less
than 10 days, or
if you need an urgent reply to your request, we highly recommend you to call us
directly at our branches.

1. Departing
airport is limited to Tokyo(Narita or Haneda).
For departures from other airports, please contact the branches below.

2. Your ticket will be handed to you at the airport
on your departure date.
3. No.1 Travel will only accept payments by bank transfer.
We DO NOT accept payments by credit card.
4. If you are making a bank transfer
from an overseas bank,
a transfer fee (4,000 yen) will also be withdrawn from your bank
account. Please contact us at least 3 weeks before your departure date, if you
wish to make a payment from overseas.
5. You must have a contact number IN JAPAN.

*For Multi-stop tickets, please indicate departure dates,
approximate time of departure, and name of the airport for all domestic flights.

*The names should be exactly the same as written on your passports.

(We STRONGLY advise you to submit your telephone number so we can contact you
as soon as possible to secure your seat in case seat availability is low.)

Please note that unless we receive all of the above information,
we cannot take any action to reserve your seat.
If your group includes a child or an infant please specify their date
of birth.
For Multi-stop tickets, please indicate the departure dates for all domestic

CONFORMATION REPLY |
*Once we receive your information, we will give you one of the following replies within 2 business days.
1)Your seat has been confirmed.
2)You are currently on a waiting list.(In this case, we will present you with an alternative
flight plan)
*Along with the confirmation reply, we will send you the following documents.
1)Itinerary
2)Itemized invoice
3)Bank Account details
4)No.1 Travel

The fares introduced on our web site do not include airport
tax and are subject to change without notice.

| (3) PAYMENT |
*Please read through all the documents carefully and confirm all the details.
*If there is any question or discrepancy between your request and the actual reservation,
please consult your travel agent.
*After you agree to and confirm all the documents, please kindly make a transfer
of deposit and remaining balance to our bank account by the dates specified on
your invoice.
*If you are making a bank transfer
from an overseas bank,
a transfer fee (4,000 yen) will also be withdrawn from your bank account. Please contact us at least 3 weeks before your departure date if you wish to make a payment
from overseas.

Basic Season------20,000 yen(10,000 yen for air fare up to 50,000 yen)
Peak Season-------30,000 yen(20,000 yen for air fare up to 50,000 yen)
*Peak Season(4/25-5/5, 8/5-8/15, 12/20-1/5)

FINAL CONFORMATION |
*After we receive your remaining balance(usually 2 weeks prior to
departure), a travel voucher will be sent to your address. The travel voucher
specifies the following.
1)Name of Passenger
2)Tour Name(Sign at the counter)
3)Departure Date
4)Place of meeting at Narita Airport
5)Time of meeting
6)Flight Schedule
*Please confirm the details once again. Your travel agent wiil give you a final
call to complete your reservation procedure. If you have any questions please contact
your travel agent.

On your departure date, please take your voucher to the
designated airport counter.
We will hand you your ticket at the time specified on the voucher.

Passengers are responsible for obtaining following documents before departure.
1)Passport()
*Rules regarding passport validity vary depending on your nationality and the country you will be visiting.
2)Visa
*Please leave an ample time for visa processing.
*Our cancellation policy is applicable even if you cannot acquire necessary visa
on time for your departure.
*Please contact the appropriate embassy or your travel consultant for travel requirements
before you make a reservation.
3)Reentry Permit(for foreign residents in
Japan only)
We are not responsible for refusal of entry into or departure from any country
due to the lack of above documents.
